REMIT is proud to support Pakistan Single Window (PSW) in the design of the Airport Community System – a major step towards streamlining customs processes and enhancing efficiency.

This system will digitally integrate key stakeholders—including freight forwarders, customs authorities, airlines, and logistics providers—to reduce paperwork, eliminate inefficiencies, and provide real-time information for seamless cargo operations. For now, a single form needs 17 copies for every department at the airport. Imagine the time that will be saved!

At the launch event of the ACS in Karachi, Noam Rosenbaum from the British Deputy High Commission reaffirmed FCDO’s continuous support to Pakistan in enhancing trade competitiveness and driving economic stability.

REMIT remains committed to working closely with PSW to ensure the timely and successful implementation of this initiative as a digitalised ecosystem ensures efficiency but also transparency.
