The reform working group meeting of REMIT’s investment climate portfolio was held at BOARD OF INVESTMENT, chaired by Secretary BOI. He appreciated the work done by REMIT and approved the work plan with a specific emphasis on activities related to ease of doing business.

Ease of doing is the topmost agenda for the Prime Minister’s office and REMIT has consistently worked on this portfolio including support on the Asaan Karobar Act which was recently approved by the PM.

Provincial investment boards, Ministry of Planning, and FCDO’s senior economic team also participated in the meeting.
